Most of the drawings were produced during the Wright, Porteous & Lowe years (ca. 1962-ca. 1986). The collection also includes drawings by Vonnegut, Wright & Yeager (1947-1949); Vonnegut, Wright & Porteous (1958); and Wright, Porteous & Associates (1960). Works of other firms include Bonar & Associates, McNamee, Porter, and Seeley, Robert L. Larue & Association, Inc., and the Kellams Group.

Incorporated around 1961 and included three architects: William Caleb Wright (son of George Caleb Wright), Alfred John Porteous, and C. Charles Lowe, Jr). Its offices were based in Indianapolis, Ind., at 19 West 38th Street through at least the 1960s. By 1991, the firm was an extension of Bonar & Associates, Inc., which was located in Fort Wayne, Ind.
